Why can’t I place an order to my location? 

If you are unable to order an item to your location, you may be located in an area where we do not ship to. We currently only ship our products to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  

How long before I receive my order? 

Orders take 2-6 days to be processed. Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 11-19 days. 

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email with your tracking number and order status typically within 2-5 business days after purchase.
